Over 90% of gig delivery roles in South Africa are filled by foreign nationals. The income leaves our communities. Access Academy was built to change that.
We are the governance and funding vehicle. We raise capital — from Harambee, Services SETA, and international NGO partners — and we outsource all programme delivery to Access Riders. Our base in Diepkloof, Soweto is not a coincidence.
